...but that's besides the point. It's St. Patrick's Day!!
Back home in Cali, one of my friend's family had this tradition every St. Patrick's Day called Green Dinner. And it's exactly what it is: a meal where EVERYTHING is green. As friends of the McGees, we got to partake in a few as well and I LOVE it! Sadly, this year I wasn't able to join in the festivities as there were 3,000 miles separating me from my corned beef.
